How do I apply?
Application Process
1. Include two identical photos (see Photo Guidelines)
2. Include a copy of :
- Passport (photo page AND signature page),
or - Permanent Resident card
3. Print and complete the 
application form
4. Mail or hand deliver to:

5. Include payment. We accept:
- Visa or MasterCard (If you are mailing you application, you must
include the credit card authorization form) - Cash
- Debit
- Bank drafts payable to GLOBAL VILLAGE VANCOUVER
- Money orders payable to GLOBAL VILLAGE VANCOUVER

6. Please wait two business days for email confirmation of your test date and call us at 604-569-3494 if you don’t receive this confirmation within this time frame.
