Due to the current state of emergency all testing has been suspended until May 1st. Impacted test takers have received an email regarding a refund or a transfer based on your choice.

CONTACT - The IELTS office is working remotely and can be accessed via email or Live Chat only. Please email us at if you have any questions. We are unable to respond to phone calls or voicemails. Please be patient, we are working as quickly as possible.

RESULTS - All results from March have been mailed to your home address. We have this on file from your application. If you have not picked up results from tests taken prior to March 1st, please email to advise us.

ENQUIRY ON RESULTS - The deadline for requesting a remark has been extended to 90 days. Requests for remarks need to be made no later than 90 days after your test date. Click here for information on how to request a remark.
